Failure to comply with anti--piracy and Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) policies by providing proper documentation may result in delay or cancellation of manufacturing at the discretion of accudub inc. Payment terms are %60 payment in advance; balance due prior to delivery, unless specific arrangements have been made otherwise. Art and film is an estimate only, and may change due to client's changes. All product FOB our plant; freight extra. Client assumes liability for finished product unless color proofs and audio proofs are approved prior to manufacturing. Prices quoted based on initial information and are subject to change after 30 days. All quantities are subject to a %10 over or under run.
